Section 11(4) in M.P. Document Writers Licensing Rules, 1966
(4)Every document writer shall give a receipt in Form V for the amount received by him. Such receipt shall invariably be produced before the Registering Officer by the registrant at the time of presentation of the document for verifying the amount paid by him to the document writer.
