Section 1 in The Uttar Pradesh Gangsters And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.(2)It extends to whole of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on January 15,1986.
