Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
This petition has been filed with a prayer for a direction to the respondent no. 3 to make the payment of entire pensionary benefit which includes the pension and its arrears, amount of gratuity, encashement, arrears of dearness allowances, group insurance and also the amount of arrears of 6the pay commission with interest upto date.
It is the case of the petitioner that he was working as Pump Operator in the office of respondent no. 3 and he retired on 31.08.2021. However, his retiral dues as aforesaid have not been paid to him. He has made a representation in this regard to the respondent no. 3 on 22.08.2022, which has yet not been decided.
This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Executive Engineer, UNICEF Project Unit, U.P. Jal Nigam, Chitrakoot/Project Director, Temporary Construction Unit, U.P. Jal Nigam, Chitrakoot within three weeks from today.
The Executive Engineer, UNICEF Project Unit, U.P. Jal Nigam, Chitrakoot/Project Director, Temporary Construction Unit, U.P. Jal Nigam, Chitrakoot shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks.
In case any dues are found admissible, the same shall be ensured to be paid to the petitioner by Executive Engineer, UNICEF Project Unit, U.P. Jal Nigam, Chitrakoot/Project Director, Temporary Construction Unit, U.P. Jal Nigam, Chitrakoot within a further period of eight weeks after the decision on the representation is made.
