(1)For every school established or certified under section 7, the State Government shall appoint a Board of Visitors, constituted in such manner and consisting of such number of members as may be prescribed, to visit the school and to record their comments on any matter they may think fit for the consideration of the managers of the school, and for this purpose any member of the Board of Visitors shall have the right to visit the school at any lime between the hours of sunrise and sunset.
