Section 7(1) in The Intellectual Property Appellate Board (Patents Procedure) Rules, 2010
(1)An appeal, application or petition shall be presented by the parties or an advocate having a vakalat duly executed in his/her favour and duly accepted by him/her or by a patent agent having valid authorisation.
