Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date* as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
