Section 13(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Finance Commission for Panchayats and Municipalities Act, 2011.
(1)The Government shall after due appropriation made by Legislature by law in this behalf pay to the Commission by way of grants such sums of money as the Government may think fit for being utilized for the purposes of the Act.
