(2)The allowance (if any) to be paid to the Chairman while absent on leave or deputation shall be such amount, not exceeding his [honorarium or allowance under sub-section (1) of section 7,] [Words, figures and brackets substituted for the word 'salary' by W.B. Act 15 of 1995.], as may be fixed by the State Government:Provided that, if the Chairman is a servant of the State Government, the amount of such allowance shall be such as he may be entitled to under the conditions of his service under the Government relating to transfer to foreign service.
