Section 27(1) in The M.P. Sah Chikitsiy Parishad Adhiniyam, 2000
(1)The paramedical qualification granted by medical institutions outside India, which are included in the Schedule to the Medical Council Act, 1956 (No. 102 of 1956) shall be recognised paramedical qualifications for the purpose of this Act.
