54. Employee of authorised entity not to be compelled to appear as witness.-
No employee of an authorised entity shall, in any legal proceeding to which such authorised entity is not a party, be compelled to appear as a witness to prove the information contained in any electronic records submitted 20 under sub-section (4) of section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872), except as required by order of the Court or a Judge made for special cause
