(1)This Act may be called the Annamalai University Act, 2013.(2)It extends to the territorial jurisdiction of the University which shall not extend beyond a radius of sixteen kilometres from its convocation hall situated at Annamalai Nagar in Cuddalore District.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
