Receipt of moneys, and deposit in imperial Bank of India. - All money payable to the Board shall be received by the Chairman, and shall forthwith be paid into the [Imperial Bank of India] [or any other bank approved by the Board with the sanction of the State Government] to the credit of an account which shall be styled.
