Section 1 in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Balancing and Settlement Code) Regulations, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Balancing and Settlement Code) Regulations, 2008.(2)They extend to the whole of West Bengal.(3)They shall come into force at 00.00 hour of 1st day of April, 2008.
