2. Mr. Mohit Sharma, ld. counsel appearing for the HDFC Bank submits that the correct party ought to be HDFC Limited as the Bank is not involved in housing finance related issues. Ld. counsel for the Petitioner wishes to amend the memo of parties and implead the correct Housing Finance entities as Respondents. Let an application be moved in this regard within a week.

Mr. Gupta, ld. counsel appearing for the National Housing Bank (hereinafter, 'NHB') submits that though the circular which is relied upon by the Petitioner has been issued by the NHB, the NHB has now been taken over by the Reserve Bank of India w.e.f. August, 2019. The Petitioner shall take appropriate steps.
4. Let the Registry issue notice to PNB Housing Finance Limited at the e-mail mentioned in the amended memo of parties i.e., 9th floor, Antriksh Bhawan, 22 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Near Connaught Place, New Delhi -
