9. Parent to cause child to attend school.
- In every area of compulion, save as provided in section 1.2 the parent cause child of a child to whom a scheme applies shall, if such parent and child ordinarily reside in such area, cause the child to attend an approved school unless there be a reasonable excuse for his non-attendance within the meaning, of section 10.
