Section 46(5) in The Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006

(5)Export through couriers shall be allowed only if the courier is an authorized courier, being registered with the Commissioner of Customs having jurisdiction over the gateway airport and the procedure specified in the Courier Export and Import (Clearance) Regulations, 1998 shall be followed:Provided that goods shall be allowed to be handed over to the courier by the custodian as per the procedure specified by the Specified Officer.
