% 24.05.2022 Pursuant to the last order passed, learned counsel appearing for the Fire Department has placed for the perusal of the Court a communication of 10 March 2022 addressed to the Administrator listing out the nine shortcomings which were noticed in the course of the inspection which was conducted. Additionally, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that various temporary wooden structures have been raised in the stilt area of the apartment complex and which too would constitute a fire hazard.
In view of the aforesaid submission, let the stilt and parking area of the apartment building be also inspected by the Fire Officer and a report in respect thereof be submitted on or before the next date fixed.
List again on 22.08.2022.
