Section 4(1) in Waste Lands (Requisitioning and Utilisation) Act, 1952
(1)Any person interested in any waste land in respect of which a notification under sub-section(1) of section 3 has been issued may within the time specified in such notification petition to the Collector showing cause why the waste land should not be requisitioned.
