Section 61(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority (Erection of Buildings) Regulations, 1979
(1)Every water closet plan shall have an efficient siphon trap with a minimum water seal of 75 mm beneath so that sufficient water seal, between the pan and any drain or soil pipe is maintained.
