Section 32(1) in Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016
(1)whosoever owns or is in possession, custody or control of any antiquity, on the date of the coming into force of this Act shall, within the period of sixty days from the commencement of this Act make a declaration to that effect to the Director, or to such authority and in such form as may be prescribed.
