Shri Chetan Jain, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/State.
Heard through Video Conferencing. The matter relates to denial of opportunity to apply for the post of Guest Faculty.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same issue is pending before this Court in several writ petitions and it is different from the one which is pending before the Principal Seat. He further submits that insimilar writ petitions, interim relief has been granted.
Learned counsel for the State has not disputed this aspect. Issue notice to respondents on payment of process fee within a period of three working days, failing which the present petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, returnable within four weeks.
In the meanwhile, the petitioner is permitted to apply in response to the advertisement in question, in case if the applications are still accepted by the concerned authority. It is made clear that the candidature of the petitioner shall be provisional and subject to final outcome of the present writ petition and this interim order will not create any equity in favour of the petitioner.
