Section 45(1) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be responsible for taking, such steps in consultation with the appropriate officers of the University as may be necessary for the full co-ordination of teaching, research and extension education activities of the University.
