Section 6(2)(a) in The Bureau of Indian Standards (Recruitment to Scientific Cadre) Regulations, 2002

(a)Vacancies of Scientist-B shall be advertised on All-India basis in the leading newspapers giving, among others, full information regarding number of posts, reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, prescribed qualifications and age requirement.
