Section 8 in The Vegetable Oil Products Production and Availability (Regulation) Order 2011
8.
The Chief Director may, having regard to the availability of vegetable oils and all other relevant factors, prescribe the maximum or minimum limit of usage of any vegetable oil in the production of any or all of the vegetable oil products which may be subject to any condition as may be specified by the him from time to time.
