State of Punjab - Subsection

Section 5(1) in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Rules, 1958

(1)The Financial Commissioner, Punjab, Additional Financial Commissioner, the Secretary, Agriculture, the Director of Agriculture and Cane Commissioner shall be ex officio Inspectors for the whole State. The Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and the Sub-Divisional Officers shall be ex officio Inspectors within their respective jurisdiction.
