(2)When any additional functions are conferred on the Lokayukta under Sub Sec1, the Lokayukta shall exercise the same powers and discharge the same functions as he would exercise and discharge in the case of any investigation on a complaint involving an allegation, and the provisions of this Act shall apply accordingly.
