ORAL ORDER
1. Heard Mr. B.M. Mangukiya learned advocate assisted by Ms. Bela A.Prajapati learned advocate for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Mangukiya, has drawn the attention of this court to the order dated 1.4.2015 passed in Writ Petition (PIL) No. 16 of 2012. Pointed attention has been drawn to page 162 wherein, it has been observed that proposal has already been presented to the State Government by the Collector, Valsad for regularisation of the unauthorised construction.
3. Mr. Mangukiya further submits that the Chief Officer, Valsad Nagarpalika has issued a notice dated 21.5.2019, calling upon the petitioner to remove the illegal construction within a period Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Wed Jul 03 02:21:18 IST 2019 C/SCA/9807/2019 ORDER of seven days from the date of receipt of the notice, failing which, necessary proceedings will be initiated.
4. Issue notice, returnable on 29.5.2019.
