Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 3 and 4, there is no appearance.

Four weeks’ time is granted to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5 to file Counter affidavit.

After the expiry of four weeks, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Court, as the Hon’ble Court has directed on 14.8.2024 to issue notice, returnable in three weeks.
