Section 85K(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965
(1)The Board shall have a Fund to be called the State Property Tax Board Fund, to which the following moneys shall be credited,-(i)such moneys as may be paid to the Board by the State Government or any other authority or agency; and(ii)such moneys as may be paid to the Board by the Municipalities as may be prescribed.
