Section 18 in Goa Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003
18. Bank Guarantee.
(1)The agent shall furnish security in the form of bank guarantee for an amount as decided by the Government for due performance of his obligations including payment of prizes as specified in the Agreement.(2)The printer shall enter into an Agreement and furnish a Bank Guarantee for an amount that may be decided by the Government as security.
