Section 2(iv) in Orissa News Media Accreditation Rules, 2006
(iv)"Director" means the Director of Information & Public Relations of the Government of Orissa and shall include any Officer of the State Government who is authorized to discharge any or all the duties, functions and responsibilities of the Director of Information & Public Relations for the time being.
