14A. [ Procedure for admission of minors as members. [Substituted by notification No. 269-4858-XV-1, dated 28-6-88.]
- In accordance with the procedure laid down in its bye-laws and these rules for admission of any member, a society may admit minor acting through guardian appointed by a Court as a member of a society subject to the provisions of the Act and these rules, the members so admitted shall enjoy rights subject to liabilities through such guardian as are laid down in the bye-laws of the society.]
