43. Annual report.
- Annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Registrar under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor not later than six months from the close of the financial year and circulated to the members of the Board at least one month before the meeting at which it is to be considered. The Board shall after consideration of the Annual report forward a copy thereof to the University Council.
