(9)to receive donations and gifts of any kind and to acquire, hold, manage, maintain and dispose of any movable or immovable property, including Society's endowment properties for the purpose of the University or a Constituent College or Research Centre, Study Centre and Career Academy Centre with the prior permission of the Society;
