Section 4(1) in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011
(1)Where the State Government, after such inquiry as it may deem necessary, is satisfied that Graphic Era Educational Society, Dehradun has fulfilled the conditions specified in sub-section (2) of section 3,it may direct the Graphic Era Educational Society, Dehradun to establish an Endowment Fund.
