194. Arrangement of records and labelling of bundles.
- In the bundles the records shall be kept according to their serial register number, the bundles shall be arranged so as to secure facility of access to the more recent records.On each bundle shall be painted, by means of a stencil plate or otherwise, the year and month and the class of records; and to each bundle shall be attached a label showing by their serial numbers the earliest and latest records, for the time being, belonging to that bundle.The Judge of the District Court may assign different coloured bastas to the different courts within his local jurisdiction.
