Section 1 in Tripura Municipality Disclosure Act, 2007
1. Short title, Extent and Commencement.
(1)This act may be called the Tripura Municipality Disclosure Act, 2007.(2)It extends to such municipalities as may be notified by the state government from time to time.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the state government may by notification ,appoint in this behalf.
