ORAL JUDGMENT
Date : 05-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that their cases are fully covered by the judgment dated 09.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16165 of 2019 (Kishor Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) .
2. Considering the aforesaid submission raised on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off in terms of the judgment referred to above by giving direction to the Director, Primary Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna to consider the cases of the petitioners and grant them benefit from the date of completion of training. Necessary decision in this regard with all consequential monetary benefits ought to be taken by the concerned respondent within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this Patna High Court CWJC No.23299 of 2019 dt.05-02-2020 5/5 order.
3. With the aforesaid direction and in terms of the judgment referred to above, the writ petition stands disposed off.
