Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High
Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents not to finalise the
candidature of the Respondent as Chairman to the Agricultural Marketing
Committee BN Kandriga Village and Mandal, Tirupathi District Pending
disposal of WP No. 26669 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to
show cause as to why this application should not be complied with made the
following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of
notice in the case).
ORDER:
This application is filed to direct the respondents not to finalise the candidature of the respondent No.5 as Chairman to the Agricultural Marketing Committee, BN Kandriga Village and Mandal, Tirupathi District, pending disposal of the writ petition.
Heard Sri T.D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner.
As per the instructions to the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture, the post of Chairman, Agricultural Marketing Committee, BN Kandriga Village and Mandal, Tirupathi District, has not been filled so far.

Hence, Status quo as on today is directed to be maintained.
