Section 22 in The U.P. Resin and other Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1976
22. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Resin and Other Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Ordinance, 1976 (U. P. Ordinance No. 10 of 1976) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal or the repeal of the Uttar Pradesh Resin and Other Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Ordinance, 1975, (U. P. Ordinance No. 30 of 1975) by the said Ordinance of 1976, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act was in force at all material times.
