Section 4(1) in Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965
(1)The State Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, constitute the Board for the whole of the [State of Karnataka] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973.] for the purpose of administering the Fund, and to carry on such other functions assigned to the Board by or under this Act.
