Section 3(i) in The M.P. Electricity Reforms First Transfer Scheme Rules, 2003
(i)"Discom 2" means Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidvut Vitaran Company Limited, a company incorporated with the main object of undertaking electricity distribution and retail supply in the Commissioneries of Bhopal, Chambal and Gwalior of the State of Madhya Pradesh;
