Section 40(2) in Punjab Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1973
(2)If any of the facilities mentioned in sub-rule (1) is not provided by the contractor within the period prescribed the same shall be provided by the principal employer within seven days of the expiry of the period laid down in sub-rule (1).
