16. Expenses to be paid to members and other persons.
- The Council shall pay to its President, Vice-President and members and other persons appointed by it to any committee referred to in section 14, such expenses for attending meetings of the Council, Executive Committee of the Council and of such committee, including such travelling expenses for journeys undertaken in performance of the duties as may be prescribed.
