14. Board to exercise powers in consultation with committees.
- When the Board has constituted a committee to deal with any matter which the Board is empowered to deal with by this Act, the Board shall, before exercising its powers in any particular case, receive and consider the report of the committee concerned.CHAPTER - VII Meetings
