612. Power of State Government to notify intention to extend the Act to other areas.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the State Government may, by notification and in such other manner as it may determine, declare its intention to extend, subject to such modifications and restrictions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, all or any of the provisions of this Act to any other area.Miscellaneous and Transitory Provisions
