O R D E R (ORAL)
Honble Mrs. Meera Chhibber, Member (J) CP No.242/2012 was filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 07.04.2011 passed in OA No.3291/2010 whereby following orders were passed:
9. For the aforesaid reasons, we are not in a position to sustain the impugned order, which is accordingly set aside. It is abundantly made clear that while the applicants will get the benefit of past service and get the 2nd financial up-gradation under the ACP Scheme, they can get only one remaining up-gradation under MACP Scheme in future, if eligible.
2. When the matter was called out today, counsel for the respondents handed over office order dated 03.04.2012, which reads as under:
OFFICE ORDER In compliance of Honble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi Order dated 7.4.2011, Directorate of Printing vide their OM F.No.7/21/2010-AI dated 28th March, 2012 directed this Press to implemented the Order dated 7.4.2011 of the Honble Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench), New Delhi and grant 2nd ACP in respect of the following employees of this Press as detailed below:

Copy of aforesaid order is taken on record and one copy has already been sent to the applicants. That may be the reason, no-one is present on behalf of the applicants in court.
3. In view of above, nothing more survives in the CP. The same is accordingly dropped. Notices are discharged. However, liberty is given to the applicants to revive the CP, in case he feels the directions of the Tribunal are still not complied with.
