Section 2(t) in Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Act, 1994
(t)"teacher" means a Professor, Reader or such other person appointed or recognised by the University for the purpose of imparting instruction or conducting and guiding research in the University and includes any other person who may be declared by the Statues to be a teacher;
