Section 16(1) in The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009
(1)The Competent Authority may, if he is satisfied, that standing crop over the disputed land is required to be attached in the interest of justice, he may pass appropriate order and attach the standing crop over the disputed land.
