(f)the instruction regarding steps to be followed to fight outbreak of fire, at an excavation or tunnelling work, written in Hindi or local language understood by the majority of the building workers employed on such excavation or tunnelling work, are displayed at conspicuous and vulnerable places of such excavation or tunnelling work.
